Electric Gas Coolers
Electric gas coolers are elctrically operated sample gas coolers, which are divided into Peltier and compressor coolers. The coolers are extremely user-friendly andcan be used in a wide variety of applications due to the numerous construction materials and option to be chosen from.
Peltier cooler
TC MINI
A compact semiconducteor gas cooler, preferably for installation in portable or small gas conditioning systems. A gas path with pluggable heat exchanger, power supply 4V DC. Despite its small design, it has a high nominal output and is therefore also suitable for warm climate zones.
TC Standard
Gas cooler basic device of a powerful series of semiconductor gas coolers with one or two gas paths. Pluggable heat exchangers made of different materials for an optimal adaptation to the operating conditions. Power suply 24V DC, 115V AC or 230V AC. Extensive accessories can be mounted directly.
TC Standard +:
High-performance gas cooler with one gas path and optimized heat exchanger for critical applications in emissions monitoring. Power supply 24V DC, 115V or 230V AC. Extensive accessories can be mounted directly.
TC-Standard X2:
Gas cooler for explosive areas with approval for ATEX and IECEx Zone 2. For a rated output o up o 100kJ/h,the gas cooler series TC Standard X2 offer solutions for zone 2 resp. Class I, Division 2.
TC-Standard+ X2:
These gas coolers are also suitable and approved for application in explosive areas. For nominal outputs of up to 100 kJ/h and reduced washout effects the series TC-Standard+ X2 offers solutions for Zone 2 resp. Class 1, Division 2.
TC-KIT
With its small size, the sample gas cooler TC-KIT can be installed in a variety of system for gas analysis.
TC KIT+
The series TC KIT+ is characterized by the use of a new generation of heat exchangers, which show a very low washing out effect on water-soluble components. They are especially suitable for emission measurings.
TC MIDI
The top performance class of Bühler semiconductor coolers with one or two gas paths and pluggable heat exchangers from different materials. Power supply 115V AC or 230V AC. Because of extensive accessories the gas cooler can be upgraded for easy applications to an autonomous sample gas conditioning centre.
TC-Double
This optimized semiconductor gas cooler is designed with two cooling systems and two pluggable heat exchangers for cooling of sample gas streams most efficient, but gentle. Power supply 115V AC or 230V AC. Extensive accessories can be mounted directly.
TC Double+
This cooler version combines the double cooling system of the TC-Doulbe with special heat exchangers. This reduces the washing out of water-soluble gas components to a tolerable minimum. The cooler is in accordance with the requirements of DIN EC 15267-3 for so-called automatic measuring devices for emission monitoring. Power supply 115V AC or 230V AC. Extensive accessories can be mounted directly.
TC-Double X2
This gas cooler offers effective cooling of sample gases even in explosive areas. Approved for ATEX and IECEx zones. For rated outputs up to 310kH/h, the TC-Double X2 series offers solutions for Zone 2 or Class 1, Division 2.
Compressor Cooler
RC 1.1
The RC 1.1 is a compressor sample gas cooler for up to 2 gas paths: it is an indespensable device for cooling in demanding analysis systems.
RC 1.2+
The cas coolers series RC 1.2+ are characterize by the use of a new generation of heat exchangers, which show an extremely low washing out effect on water-soluble compenents. They are especially suited for emission monitoring. In particula the washing out effect of SO2 is very low. By this these coolers are suitable for so-called automatic measuring devices (AMS) according to EN15267-3.
CU-EMA+
The cooling unit CU-EMA+ has been designed in particular for maritime applications. The CU-EMA+ is certified for operation on ships and offshore installations and has a type approval fro DNV-GL and Lloyd’s Register.
EGK1 EX2
The gas cooler EGK1 EX2 has ATEX and IECEx approval and with up to 2 gas paths and rated outputs of up to 320kJ/H is suitable for operation in Zone 2 hazardous areas.
EGK 1SD
Compact compressor gas cooler with constant cooling system for wall mounting or tabletop operation. It offers one or two gas paths, a pluggable heat exchanger, from glass, PVDL or stainless steel. Power supply 115V AC or 230V AC.
EGK 2-19
Compact 19″ compressor cooling unit with up to 2 gas paths and integrated particle filters and peristaltic pumps for condensate drain. The particle filters can be equipped with moisture sensors as an option.
By this an easy-to-mount sample gas conditioning system with high dewoint stability is created.
EGK2-19+
Compact 19″ compressor cooling unit with one gas path and two in series switched special heat exchangers. By this, washing out of water soluble gas components will be reduced to a tolerable minimum. The cooler is suitale for so-caled automatic measuring equipment in emission monitoring according to the directives DIN EN 1567-3. Power supply 115V AC or 230V AC. Particle filters and peristaltic pumps for condensate drain are integrated. Moisture sensors are available as an option.
EGK2A Ex
Compressor cooler for use in explosive reas with ATEC and GOST approval. Cooling block with two nests for pluggable heat exchangers with up to four gas paths. Power supply 115V AC or 230V AC.
EGK 4S
Compressor cooler with constant cooling system for wall mounting or tabletop operation. Cooling block with four nests for pluggble heat exchangers made of different materials. The cooler normally offers four gas paths, but up to 8 gas paths are possible on request. Power supply 115V AC or 130V AC.
EGK10
Compressor cooler with constant cooling system for large sample gas flows. A plug-in heat exchanger of stainless steel is used, on the inside it is glass-coated. The cooler is only designed for stationaly operation.Power supply 115V AC or 130V AC.
