Electric Gas Coolers
Electric gas coolers are elctrically operated sample gas coolers, which are divided into Peltier and compressor coolers. The coolers are extremely user-friendly andcan be used in a wide variety of applications due to the numerous construction materials and option to be chosen from.
A compact semiconducteor gas cooler, preferably for installation in portable or small gas conditioning systems. A gas path with pluggable heat exchanger, power supply 4V DC. Despite its small design, it has a high nominal output and is therefore also suitable for warm climate zones.

These gas coolers are also suitable and approved for application in explosive areas. For nominal outputs of up to 100 kJ/h and reduced washout effects the series TC-Standard+ X2 offers solutions for Zone 2 resp. Class 1, Division 2.
With its small size, the sample gas cooler TC-KIT can be installed in a variety of system for gas analysis.

The RC 1.1 is a compressor sample gas cooler for up to 2 gas paths: it is an indespensable device for cooling in demanding analysis systems.
The cas coolers series RC 1.2+ are characterize by the use of a new generation of heat exchangers, which show an extremely low washing out effect on water-soluble compenents. They are especially suited for emission monitoring. In particula the washing out effect of SO2 is very low. By this these coolers are suitable for so-called automatic measuring devices (AMS) according to EN15267-3.
The cooling unit CU-EMA+ has been designed in particular for maritime applications. The CU-EMA+ is certified for operation on ships and offshore installations and has a type approval fro DNV-GL and Lloyd’s Register.
The gas cooler EGK1 EX2 has ATEX and IECEx approval and with up to 2 gas paths and rated outputs of up to 320kJ/H is suitable for operation in Zone 2 hazardous areas.
