These filters have been designed especially for mounting at open ends of gas-carrying lines or systems. When used as air inlet filter this kind of filter makes sure that no disturbing solid substances are absorbed with the gas.<\/p>\n

When used as line end filter, e.g. for ventilations, this filter makes sure that no solid substances, which shall not get into the ambient air,\u00a0 do leak out of the system.<\/p>\n

The filter consists of an anodised aluminum\u00a0 housing with Nitril sealings. Alternatively sealings from silicone, FKM or FFKM can be used. These filters are also suitable for holding sintered filter elements from PTFE or filter sieves from stainless steel.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Als Ansaugfilter stellen diese Filter sicher, dass keine st\u00f6renden Feststoffe mit dem Gas oder der Umgebungsluft eingesaugt werden. Dadurch werden die Leistung und die Effizienz von Maschinen, Messger\u00e4ten, Ventilen und Anlagen verbessert, da sch\u00e4dliche Verunreinigungen in den Systemen vermieden werden. Schadstoffe k\u00f6nnen zu einer Beeintr\u00e4chtigung der Funktion und einer Verk\u00fcrzung der Lebensdauer von Maschinen und Anlagen f\u00fchren. Die Verwendung von Ansaugfiltern ist daher von gro\u00dfer Bedeutung, insbesondere in der Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie, in der Messtechnik sowie in der Chemie- und Pharmaindustrie.<\/p>\n

Als Leitungsendfilter gew\u00e4hrleisten diese Filter, dass keine Feststoffe aus dem System austreten und nicht in die Umgebungsluft gelangen sollen. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass im besonderen sch\u00e4dliche Partikel nicht in die Umgebung abgegeben werden, was insbesondere in der chemischen Industrie, in Reinr\u00e4umen oder in der Lebensmittelindustrie von gro\u00dfer Bedeutung ist. Die Filtergeh\u00e4use bestehen aus eloxiertem Aluminium und sind mit Nitril-Dichtungen ausgestattet. Diese Dichtungen sind best\u00e4ndig gegen viele Chemikalien und eignen sich daher f\u00fcr eine Vielzahl von Anwendungen. Alternativ k\u00f6nnen auch Dichtungen aus Silikon, FKM oder FFKM verwendet werden, um den Anforderungen verschiedener Industrien gerecht zu werden.<\/p>\n

Standardm\u00e4\u00dfig werden die Filtergeh\u00e4use mit Glasfaserelementen<\/a> best\u00fcckt. Diese Elemente haben eine hohe Filterleistung und eignen sich f\u00fcr viele Anwendungen.
