The MM400 offers ease in use and an excellent cost\/performance ratio. The MM400 works with a high quality aluminium oxide moisture sensor. It offers reliable\u00a0 results from -100\u00b0C&#8230;+20\u00b0C dewpoint.<\/p>\n<p>The measuring cell of these moisture analyzers has a permeable layer of aluminium oxide\u00a0 on a conductive substrate and a thin coating of gold. the aluminium core changes the electrical capacity to the gold layer proportionally to the humidity of the sample gas.\u00a0 If the sensor is exposed to the moisture, water molecules get rhough the electrode to the surface ofth oxide and form bridge bonds there The resistance value and the polarisation capability change as a result of the oxide being
